How much do appointments cost?

Appointments are £15.This covers your one-hour styling appointment, where you'll have dedicated support and guidance to find the silhouettes and colours that suit you best.  If you are coming with no idea where to begin, this is exactly what we are here for.  If you think you do know, we will be able to guide you in your choice and make sure you've considered all the options that could be right for you.   Unlike a typical browsing experience, usually in a much larger store, your appointment is tailored entirely to you, helping you find styles that suit your personality, shape and vision for prom.If you choose your dress with us, we'll order you a brand-new one (2027 season dresses only). From your first visit to your collection appointment, you'll enjoy the thoughtful touches that make Ffansi Ffrogs special.The appointment fee helps us provide the personal service and memorable experience that make Ffansi Ffrogs much more than just a prom dress shop. It also enables us to prioritise customers who are ready to find their dress - there is nothing more frustrating than not being able to fit in genuine customers because others are taking up appointment slots with no intention to buy.  Believe it or not we have seen customers in our store searching online for cheap copies!If you do only want to get an idea, we are more than happy to see you and help you find your silhouette and colour - the experience will be more than worth the appointment charge. *Appointments can be rearranged or cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Non-attendance or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

How long is a prom dress appointment?

Our prom dress appointments last one hour.

This gives you plenty of time to explore different styles, colours and silhouettes while enjoying the experience with the people you bring along.

Question 4

What should I bring to my prom appointment?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to bring anything special to your appointment.

Some customers choose to bring:

• Nude underwear
• Shoes with a similar heel height to those they plan to wear
• Hair clips or ties
• Inspiration photos

None of these are essential - the most important thing is to come ready to enjoy the experience.

You can wear make up as you will be stepping into all the dresses but we do ask that you avoid applying fake tan before your appointment.

Can I bring family or friends to my prom appointment?

Absolutely.

Prom dress shopping is a special occasion, and we encourage you to bring guests whose opinion you trust and value to enjoy the experience with you.

To keep appointments calm for all customers, as we run two appointments at a time, we do ask guests to be limited to three people unless agreed with us in advance. We do also find that too many guests can confuse your decision making if everyone is preferring different dresses.

If you would like to bring more guests, we can offer exclusive closed-shop appointment options at selected times. Please contact us to discuss costs and availability.

What if I don't know what style of prom dress suits me?

That is completely normal and exactly why we're here and why we allocate you your own stylist to help you find your best look.

Many girls arrive unsure of what style they want. If you aren't used to wearing dresses, you will probably feel you are in the minority but the opposite is true - most girls are not used to wearing dresses and are unsure what they like.

Your stylist will help you explore different shapes, colours and designs until you find the dress that feels right for you.

Very often, customers fall in love with a dress they never expected to choose.
